Dear Members,
This evening we will gather together and celebrate our 63rd annual banquet--Down By the River--delayed from January but not forgotten! We are SOLD OUT and so pleased to have over 350 guests joining us to network, socialize and celebrate Chester County. A special thank you to Chester County and the Gateway Conference Center for hosting this special event!
Our Mix & Mingle, kindly sponsored by Chester Metropolitan District, runs from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. and includes The SugarFree Band, finger foods from Chef B's Blessed Hands Catering, a bar from Rhinos, and "adult" and regular Kona Ice from Kona Ice of Lancaster & Chester.
Supper will be served at 6:30 p.m. in the main ballroom by Roddey's BBQ, with dessert sponsored by Fairfield Inn & Suites/Towneplace Suites of Rock Hill. Meals will be boxed to follow Covid protocols.
Chamber ambassadors and board members will be on hand to greet you and direct you. This year, we have invited five not-for-profits to tell us more about tourism and water conservation efforts taking place in our county. During the mix & mingle, please visit their display tables which will be located in the smaller ballroom.

A few quick reminders:
-
We do not issue paper or e-tickets. We have a guest list so please check-in when you arrive. This year, we are ONLY reserving tables for groups that reserved/purchased 8 tickets or more. So if you're coming as an individual, couple, or smaller group, you may sit wherever you like (except for reserved tables of course!).

We are giving away some wonderful door prizes (2 kayaks, 2 Yeti coolers, and fishing gear). Please bring business cards to use in the drawing & for networking purposes. Only one entry per guest and the winner must be present to win.

Our speaker Justin Hancock has had to cancel unexpectedly but his co-worker Sam Queen will be taking his place. Click here to read more about Sam and her work at South Carolina Parks, Recreation & Tourism. We apologize for Justin's name being in the program, but they've already been printed!

We've added three new awards this year--Small Business, Large Business/Industry, & Not-For-Profit. These members were nominated by other chamber members and selected by a committee. We had wonderful nominations-each nomination was truly worthy of an award-but we decided to do just one award per category. We hope to have these awards at future banquets.

We've been asked....business causal just means polos and khakis, sun/casual dresses, slacks, etc. basically anything for a picnic. And don't forget a name tag so you can promote your business.
