Dear Chamber Member,

As you may recall, our traditional January chamber banquet was postponed due to Covid safety concerns. We are so pleased to announce that we will host the 63rd annual banquet on July 22, 2021 at the Gateway Conference Center. Given the time of year, our planning committee has changed the format of the night. A few highlights:

• Mix & mingle starting at 5 p.m. with a live band and "adult" Kona Ice. A special thank you to Chester Metropolitan District and Chester County for being our title sponsors for the evening.

• Meal begins at 6:30 p.m.--boxed hot BBQ and chicken (we want to avoid buffet lines for safety reasons). There will also be no assigned tables this year so that you may sit with your immediate family or co-workers.

• Awards program--we're brining back our community business awards to honor a small business, industry and not-for-profit that has made an impact in Chester County. We'll have the Duke Energy Citizenship Award too! Stay tuned for nomination details.

• A quick review of chamber goals going forward and recognition of our 2021 officers/board members

• Our evening's theme will be "Down By The River" as we focus on the exciting whitewater project coming to Great Falls. We'll discuss how this tourism draw will help our county's entire business community.

• This event is business casual and is sure to be a fun celebration of Chester County!
